Embracing Conflict

Conflict takes on many forms in the workplace. When embracing conflict it can be a challenge especially when you haven’t officially articulated and accepted its presence.

When conflict surfaces, you should first question: What is the problem?  After identifying the problem, examine variables that may serve as a solution. After examining the variables closely, select one and immediately implement it. Remember, it is vital that you concentrate on the solution. The more energy you give to the problem, the greater it can grow.  Because of this, all of your energy should remain focused solely on solutions.
