The application process is an integral component in the screening process for the most qualified candidate. Due to the overwhelming response of applications that most companies receive, it has become vital for each company to discover a means to sift through the high volume of applications they receive.  Companies such as United Airlines, Delta Air Lines, and Federal Express report receiving as many as 25,000 applications over a two month period.

Prospective candidates often eliminate themselves.  This is due the application being submitted with errors or the prospective candidate’s inability to follow directions. (i.e. SIGNING in areas that state PRINT and vice versa).  Take your time. Don’t disqualify yourself!
